Wondering when youll fix this game.

My kids r so frustrated with this game...
How long before u fix the progress reset issue?
Like the game but have played first few levels over & over as it resets even if you just leave the game for a minute to check something else.
Please fix so we can give you the great rating the actual game deserves.
